Roadblock Title:
Deriving credit attributes with JSONata: Patterns for parsing and aggregation
Time:
Tuesday - 1:00 PM (Tower D)
Abstract:
Bloom provides a unified API for accessing data from the three major credit bureaus with normalized inputs and outputs. To make this data more useful, Bloom developed an Attribute Engine that efficiently computes credit attributes using normalized JSON-formatted credit and open-banking data. In this session, we will dive into the technical workings of the Attribute Engine and how JSONata is used to derive key credit attributes from raw data. Additionally, we’ll demonstrate how the engine scales in performance with large data volumes and how it empowers clients to create custom attributes.
Bio:
Dustin McAllister is an Engineering Manager at Bloomcredit. This will be his first speaking engagement. Bloom provides a unified API for accessing data from all three credit bureaus with normalized inputs and outputs, and Dustin has been a key part of Bloom’s innovations.
