Jeff will explore what the anatomy of agentic commerce will look like and what developers need to know to enable tools and features to bring it to life. He’ll share how builders can facilitate this emerging paradigm by creating the tools, infrastructure, and interfaces agentic systems rely on.

Bio:

Jeff Pomeroy is a seasoned payments leader and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Payments and PSP Platform at PayPal, where he is dedicated to transforming the merchant experience. In his role, Jeff focuses on delivering seamless, scalable solutions across PayPal’s PSP offerings — empowering merchants to unlock the full potential of PayPal’s technology and meet evolving business demands.

Before joining PayPal, Jeff served as Senior Vice President and Head of Omnicommerce at Fiserv, where he led the development of a modern, unified omnichannel payments platform. His leadership was pivotal in advancing integrated commerce solutions that bridged digital and in-person experiences, enhancing customer engagement and driving operational excellence. Earlier, Jeff was Vice President of Product & Issuing at Adyen, where he led the global launch of its card issuing service, defining key business use cases, shaping go-to-market strategies, and driving regional growth across North America. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Blackhawk Network, overseeing global product development and management across digital, financial services, risk, security, and telecom — focused on customer-centric innovation and scalable growth.

Known for his strategic vision and cross-functional leadership, Jeff has driven digital transformation throughout his career. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and is committed to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation. He lives in Danville, California, with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, running, and making the most of life.
