Keynote Title:
Simple to users, brutal to build: What rewards ledgers teach us about fintech architecture
Time:
Tuesday - 9:00 AM (Grand Ballroom)
Abstract:
Fintech is a land of edge and corner cases. Through the lens of reward, we look at why the simple end-user act of tapping to pay, earning some rewards, and paying a bill turns into a complex algorithmic backend with multiple ledgers and state transitions. I’ll share some lessons from my mistakes and promise it’ll be more fun than it sounds.
