Roadblock Title:
Selling on AI Agents: What Merchants and Startups Actually Need to Know
Time:
Tuesday - 3:00 PM (Tower C)
Abstract:
AI commerce with Gemini, ChatGPT and more agents is real — but getting there is far harder than most startups or protocols make it seem. In this session, I’ll break down the end-to-end merchant readiness checklist — from making your site LLM-readable and pushing agent-compatible catalogs, to the harder problems most vendors won’t tell you about: payment data transformation, fraud configuration, and the waitlist reality of getting the buy button enabled. Whether you’re a merchant evaluating this space or a startup building in it, this talk will give you an honest, no-jargon mental model of what it actually takes.
